During the spring, we welcomed groups from two Szeged schools to talk and learn interactively about the events of the Holocaust in Szeged. With the students of the Algyő primary school, we learned about the deportation of the Szeged Jewish community, stigmatization, and antisemitism through personal life stories. With the students of Szent Benedek Secondary School, we paid our respects by visiting the Holocaust-related memorials at the cemetery.
